AAC Roadside Assistance is provided via a network of more than 900 emergency response vehicles, in many cases “Mum and Dad” companies, supporting local communities.<br /> <br /> The traditional automobile clubs operate on a state by state basis only. Therefore they are unable to provide truly national services, or speak with one national voice. This leads to higher costs – as many administrative functions are duplicated state by state – and a fragmented voice to federal government. This has not been good for Australian motorists.<br /> <br /> AAC is fully web based with the convenience of 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week operation. We ask all members to sign up, as well as change vehicle or other details, via the easy to use AAC website. If you get stuck, or need help, do not hesitate to call our information desk.<br /> <br /> When you join AAC, you stay a member until you cancel - just like your telephone subscription. This means less paperwork for you with no hassle of yearly renewals, or the risk of forgetting.
